In all circumstances, God offers us the freedom to choose His best. You might argue that we don’t really get a choice when our circumstances in life are what they are, but I say you can. You can choose your temperament, you can choose your attitude, you can choose gratitude, you can choose prayer, and you can choose Him. God’s Kingdom is rarely about our stuff and almost always about our willingness to lean into Him. There is an old saying that says, “Life is what you make it.” I would edit that to say, “Life is what you allow God to make it.”
By choosing Him in everything and walking in discipleship, we get to choose His best for every circumstance. When we do that, we get to see His glory revealed and His Kingdom come!
