Love your neighbor! If this statement makes you ask the question, “Who is my neighbor?” then Jesus is speaking to you. When we start trying to find “workarounds” and exceptions, we need to recognize that, at that point, we have a heart problem. This is what Jesus was trying to explain in the parable of the Good Samaritan.

God’s heart is supposed to live in us always. If we cannot demonstrate that heart in every relationship and situation, then the problem lies with us. When we find this issue within ourselves, it is a great opportunity to get alone with God and let Him bring His healing power to our hearts so that our souls are free to experience all of His goodness.

There is no limit to His love, and therefore the same should be said of His children.
