October is a huge month for Faith. This is our biggest outreach time of the year. We have two huge moments that will require all hands-on deck. For the first time we are doing a Community Pumpkin Patch. The awesome thing about this is that it is sponsored by our Youth Ministry and it has the goal of raising money for a new church sign. I love that our Youth are a vital part of the practical work in our church. We need everyone to come out, support, and spread the word to everyone that you know. We will need help with unloading as well as selling so please jump in there. We also have our annual Trunk 'N Treat. This event gets bigger and more fun every year. Please come out, be a part of this, and meet your community. The most exciting thing that is happening is our continued spiritual growth. I am so excited to be a part of a church that prays and worships together like Faith. We have seen God do so many great things and answer so many prayers over the past few months. I look forward to more times to pray together and to live out our call to ministry. Let’s continue to love and pray together as well as be together as the Body of Christ. Your presence makes a difference in ways you cannot imagine.

Trunk 'N Treat Candy Donations: We’re collecting bags of individually wrapped candy to share with all the kids who attend. Drop donations off in the church lobby anytime before Sunday, October 26th!

Community Pumpkin Patch: Unloading Day- Come help unload the pumpkins when they arrive on Monday, October 13th at 6:30 PM. Daily Helpers- Volunteer for a shift to help sell pumpkins any day October 14–31. See sign up sheet in the back of the sanctuary to pick your time slot(s).

Wednesdays at Faith is our mid-week offering to grow in our discipleship. We offer vibrant Biblical teaching coupled with small group experiences. Our goal is that we grow in the Word of God through teaching and sharing. Everyone is welcome and each week stands on its own, so if you miss a week or two, you will not be lost. This support group is guest and drop-in friendly. There is no cost and is open to the public! While the Depression Support Group is being held at our church, it is somewhat secular in nature. This does not mean that faith issues won't be discussed. Faith Methodist Church is honored to offer the Manna Pantry, a community outreach ministry committed to providing food assistance and encouragement to individuals and families in need throughout Bartow County. Those in need may receive food once per calendar month by presenting proof of residency within Bartow County. No pre-registration is required. Simply arrive during pantry hours, and our dedicated team will guide you through the process with care and respect. Together, we strive to serve our community with dignity, compassion, and hope.

(The Manna Pantry will be closed on October 1st).
